These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the LIFE MARÉE website and the purchase of any consulting reports or services provided by LIFE MARÉE (“we”, “us”, “our”).

Nature of Services

LIFE MARÉE provides personalised consulting reports based on analytical and interpretive frameworks used to explore patterns, tendencies, and timing within a life.

Our services are designed to support reflection, understanding, and clarity — not to predict or guarantee specific outcomes in relationships, life decisions, or personal circumstances.

All insights are interpretive in nature and are provided for informational and reflective purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional legal, medical, or psychological advice.

You remain solely responsible for any decisions or actions taken based on the information provided in our reports.

Intellectual Property & Licence

All content, consulting reports, text, and materials provided by LIFE MARÉE are the intellectual property of LIFE MARÉE and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Purchase does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the report for your personal, single-user use only.

You may not, without prior written consent from LIFE MARÉE:

• reproduce, copy, distribute, or otherwise share any part of the materials (including by screenshot, recording, or photographing); • sell, resell, rent, lease, or sublicense the materials; • publish, upload, or make the materials available to any third party or platform; • use the materials for any commercial purpose.

All intellectual property rights not expressly granted remain reserved by LIFE MARÉE.

Affiliate Program Terms

This Affiliate & Referral Programme (“Programme”) sets out the terms under which individuals or entities (“Affiliates”, “you”) may promote LIFE MARÉE products and earn commissions.

By registering for or participating in the Programme, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Programme Overview

LIFE MARÉE operates an affiliate advertising programme that allows approved Affiliates to earn commissions by referring customers to our official website: www.lifemaree.com

Affiliates will receive a commission equal to 18% of the purchase amount for each qualifying sale generated through their unique referral link.

2. Qualifying Sales & Commission Eligibility

A commission is earned only when:

• A customer accesses the LIFE MARÉE website via a valid, correctly structured affiliate link; • The customer completes the order process; and • Full payment for the product is successfully received.

Affiliates are solely responsible for ensuring that referral links are correctly implemented and functional. LIFE MARÉE is not responsible for commissions lost due to improperly coded or altered links.

3. Commission Payments

• Commission payouts may be requested every 30 days. • Payment processing may take up to 30 days from the request date. • Payments are issued via PayPal, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Refunds & Commission Adjustments

If a customer receives a refund for any transaction:

• Any commission previously earned on the refunded amount will be deducted from the Affiliate’s balance. • If payment has already been issued, LIFE MARÉE reserves the right to offset or reclaim the corresponding commission amount.

5. Use of Brand & Marketing Conduct

Affiliates are granted limited permission to use LIFE MARÉE brand assets solely for the purpose of promotion, subject to the following conditions:

Affiliates must not:

• Modify LIFE MARÉE logos, visuals, or brand materials; • Claim or imply that they act on behalf of LIFE MARÉE; • Present themselves as an employee, representative, or official partner of LIFE MARÉE; • Advertise LIFE MARÉE products through paid search or advertisements that compete directly with LIFE MARÉE; • Engage in misleading, deceptive, or false representations regarding LIFE MARÉE or its services; • Use unsolicited bulk email, spam, or prohibited marketing practices.

Affiliates do not acquire any trademark, copyright, or intellectual property rights in LIFE MARÉE materials.

6. Programme Changes

LIFE MARÉE reserves the right to update, amend, or modify:

• These Programme terms; • Commission rates; and • Programme features or structure

at any time, without prior notice.

Continued participation in the Programme constitutes acceptance of any such changes. The most current version of these terms will always be available at:

7. Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the Programme at any time, with immediate effect and without prior notice.

Upon termination:

• No further commissions will be earned; • Outstanding commissions may be forfeited if termination results from a violation of these terms.

8. Breach & Enforcement

Any breach of these terms may result in:

• Suspension or termination of affiliate status; and • Forfeiture of unpaid or outstanding commissions
